How long will it take for my package to arrive?
For shipping within Canada it will on average take 1-8 business days to arrive. Shipping to the United States generally takes 3-10 business days. We as well offers local pick ups (within the B.C Lower Mainland), this can be done by selecting local pick up when checking out. Make sure to place your order early to guarantee its arrival for your most special moments!
Do you ship internationally?
Our apologies but we are only shipping to Canada and the United States, with hopes of expansion into international markets!
Do you do local pick ups in Vancouver?
Pickups will be done at Richmond Centre in Richmond (we even offer same day). If you choose the option, at check out please note that you will be picking up your order, and what your availability is like, and we can schedule a time that fits best! Please message us at naradelor@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram, so we can get in touch with you to inform you when your order is ready for pickup.
What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders for products can be placed in advanced to guarantee that you will be the first in line to receive that item before anyone else. Pre-orders can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks for it to arrive to you. There may be some minor delays caused by transit or other factors.
We require you to place a $5 refundable deposit when placing a pre-order, please email us at naradelor@gmail.com if you have any further questions regarding pre-orders.
The address I provided was wrong?
If the address you had provided on your order is incorrect the parcel will be sent back to our headquarters, to receive your parcel you will have to pay additional postage fees associated with re-shipping your package and any other additional fees.
If a package is lost due to incorrect address being provided, we will not be liable to replace your order. To prevent this please double check your shipping address before placing and submitting any orders.
What is the shipping method used?
All packages are shipped via Canada Post, you should receive an order confirmation via email, and a shipping confirmation within the following 1-2 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
If you decide you would like to cancel your order, an Order Cancellation Request must be submitted by email within an hour of your order being placed. This request must be submitted to our email at naradelor@gmail.com.
However, we do charge a $10 order cancellation fee to cover fees associated with our order fulfillment team. T,he remainder of the cost will be returned to you by your form of payment.
After an hour, orders can no longer be cancelled as the cancellation period has expired.
Do you have a sizing chart?
Sizing charts can be found listed along with each clothing item. These charts give measurements for the length of the item, bust, and waist as reference points to measure. All sizing is given in centimetres.
What is your Returns and Exchange Policy?
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL** Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If an item is faulty (damaged caused by manufacturer), we will replace it with the same item and size. Refunds are only issued when same size in item is not available; refunds are subject to inspection.
In these circumstances as mentioned above, a request must be submitted to naradelor@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the item. Charges for the re-shipping of items will be applicable.
